Cabo Verde scores 60/100 (Grade C), ranking 8th of 54 African markets and up 1 point since Jan 2026. Its strongest pillar is Power Infrastructure at 86 of 100, with two of five pillars rated green. Its largest drag is Connectivity & Fibre, at 47 of 100.
Each pillar carries its own strength out of 100, banded red, amber or green. Arrows mark movement since the previous snapshot.
The composite out of 100 is the weighted sum of these five pillars. A pillar’s figure is its own strength out of 100, measured against the most that pillar could contribute, which is what the red, amber and green bands read against. Full method
Each axis is a pillar as a share of its own maximum, so a balanced market reads as a regular pentagon and a lopsided one as a spike. Hover a point for the exact figure.
Composite readiness across the last six snapshots. Every snapshot is rescored under the current methodology (v1), so points are comparable even as weights evolve.
